Best Wide Guard users?

People on here have pointed out that Wide Guard is the best counter to Flutter Mane and Eruption/Heat Wave users like Torkoal and Chi-Yu. But which Pokemon with Wide Guard are best? I've been using Frosmoth to pair with Alolan Ninetales, since it can use Wide Guard and Snowscape to manually set snow in case Ninetales can't (also, Shield Dust). But which other Wide Guard users are people using?
