Pickrate of Clove

As you all might have read the patch notes of 10.04, the smoke timer of clove will be now of 40 seconds but there are other changes on clove i.e of her pick me up ability like her speed is reduced but heal will last long. I think her pick rate might get lower as the recharge time of her smoke will be way too much now plus it doesn't last long as compared to omen smokes. I feel like her pick rate would get lower and omen will be picked most of the time. What you guys think?
