A&P recommendations and curve?

I am currently in A&P 1 with professor Wayne. I have had no issues with the class work, but have yet to pass a test no matter how much I study. I just can’t figure out how to properly prepare for the tests. I have a 67 overall and am considering withdrawing from the class.

Does anyone who has had success in this class have recommendations on how to better prepare?

Also, I have read that an overall curve was sometimes given in this class in the past. Can anyone confirm if that’s normal and how much of a curve it is?
