ULPT request, landlord/maintenance entered my room without prior notice

I am a new tenant and my room had many problems so i messaged the rental office for assistance. later i got a email message from this person saying,
"I have spoken with the community manager and the maintenance representative and I understand that they are in your unit today.  We hope to have all deficiencies completed for you today. Please feel free to contact me directly in the future and I will be happy to assist you."
later that day while i was at work, people have entered my room without any notice except that email. when i got home, later another person knocked on my door and i heard keys. I opened and confronted them that this is very uncomfortable and not acceptable.
they just said sorry and gave me their email.
i had another problem in my room so i msged them again and they responded with
"It was nice meeting with you today.First I want to welcome you to our community .As per our conversation tonight I am letting you know that the plumber is arriving to fix the toilet in your unit tonight. Also tomorrow, our maintenance represantative will do the caulking of the kitchen counter by the sink and also to clean around the kitchen  outlet as discussed.I appologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you."
and they proceeded to enter my apartment again with only that email while i was at work.

is there anything i can do in this situation?
