Getting mail

Hi I recently received my first letter from my boyfriend and I wrote back through sandboxx but it’s been a week and a half now and I still haven’t gotten anything back. Will sandboxx let me know that they’ve wrote back if they use the envelope and stamp provided?? I know they can’t write as much but just curious if i’ll atleast know when something’s on the way, thank you!
