Case being actively reviewed

So my case went from being “estimated 2 months out” as of January this year expecting to hear a decision by March…to “4 months” and now “18 months”.

Anyone ever seen something like this happen? We filed in October 2023 and having to wait another 1.5 years just feels like too much.

I’ve seen posts from other people saying that “actively being reviewed” means a decision coming soon but our case has had that status since December of 2023.

Now that we’re on case decision it all of a sudden pushed us out 18 months. If anyone has a clue on why it would do that your input is welcome, thank you.
