QTAC offer round today

Hi Friends,

Has anyone received their offer this morning? Does anyone know if it was meant to be 8:30 or if we're waiting til 2pm? Is QTAC messing up for anyone else and saying that they have no applications?

Freaking out just a little and tried to call QTAC but they didn't pick up.
