Shall I take up job

I have given 4 attempts of Upsc Qualified 2 prelims Now I took a two gap from upsc to prepare for tspsc So I have my mains in oct and group2 in dec With good number of vacancies as exam is happening after 10 years I also got a job offer to work with a institute for 50k per month 9 hours Shall I take up job or solely focus on tspsc exams Add on I also qualified some other govt exam so that appointment will happen mostly after oct
