Is anyone else struggling to find a job in 2024?

(27M) I've been out of work since September. It's been almost four months of countless hours spent staring at the screen, scrolling down job boards and sending one application after another. Out of all the applications I sent, I had three interviews, normally I just receive 'thanks, but you're not successful at this stage' if I even get a response. The jobs I've been applying for are within customer service, and sales but no luck. mainly entry-level positions. This is not meant to be a rant, I just want to find out how are people finding the job market in 2024 (I'm based in Birmingham). I'm close to draining all my savings, about to travel to see family over Christmas and face their judgemental looks, the most wonderful time of the year, ey? Anyhow, am I the only one or has anyone else experienced this before?
