How is CLCV 224 now?

I read a couple of reviews saying the course was easy to manage etc but nothing was recent. Looking at the current syllabus it seems like there are so many assignments and exams. Can anyone who took it like 1 or 2 semesters ago let me know how it was and if its an easy A.
