Utilities on UBC residence

I've heard that everything is covered (internet, water, electricity) but I have also heard that there are data limits like I cant use more than x GB per month.

How fast is the internet? I would like to keep my current standard of living, I would say 10mb/s is pretty good. I have Telus fiber currently and am getting around 25mb/s a bit overkill but I am running servers.

Is there also a limit against how much electricity I can use? if there isn't I would like to bring my mining rig on campus to take advantage of the "free" electricity is that allowed?
