How do you ‘pantry challenge’ without letting the anxiety take over?
So my partner and I have a stocked deep pantry we use regularly and are set up well for the Tuesdays I’m prepping for. We just had a large expense come up (one of those Tuesdays.) And I’d like to focus on cooking from the deep pantry a lot for the next few months for economic reasons. I’m anxious about what could potentially be coming with the inauguration, tariffs, higher prices, supply chain issues etc. As well as the height of flu season and that being handled poorly. If I were talking to a friend I’d say ‘good job, you’ve prepared for this, just eat down the pantry a bit. Things will work out and garden season will start again soon. Use this as a test, it will be ok. But it’s hard to take your own advice sometimes. lol. What are y’all’s thoughts?
