Now I don't know what specific year in the 1970s this was taken but I am willing to bet this was taken in the late 70s since the antenna of the north tower is in the stages of being built and added onto there.
But the reason I know it is 70s is because it said so of course. So I added this photo looking how it had a unique sort of grainy, orange 70s look to it. Enjoy!
