Iso hair salon

I need a hair cut and I'm looking to change the style to a shag. I've moved from a very rural area where hair salons are much cheaper so my question is what salons not like a great clips do you recommend that won't charge me an arm and a leg? Thank you! I live in the south suburbs if that helps!
