Never received 5 day early refund.

First time using TurboTax because it was free for me and i thought hey why not give them a try lol. Anyway, filed my taxes 1/13 was accepted 1/17 DDD date of 1/29 and never got my “5 day early refund” even though they took the $27 payment. Anybody else having issues or just me?

Edit: So my guess is that the ‘5-day early refund’ was misleading for people who got placed in with the test batch. Either the 1/29 DDDs are getting screwed over, or the 1/28 DDDs used the refund advance option instead of the ‘5-day early refund’ option that the rest of us went with. Either way, it’s frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t deliver.
