FFS help!

previous post needed more pictures let me try again… I’m 20 yrs old MTF and wondering what I could do or have done to feminize my face? I’ve had a hairline lowering, a brow bone shave, and an eyebrow lift. I’m unhappy and feel very masculine so please any and all advice is appreciated!
