Pop songs that sound like they were intended to be sitcom themes

Was thinking about We Built This City and how that sounds like the theme song to a sitcom that never existed; the same goes for Rod Stewart's Motown Song and Richard Marx's The Way She Loves Me (the latter song especially gives me Full House vibes). It got me thinking about the idea of pop songs that sound like they belong in a sitcom or something, especially in regard to lyrics, production and overall vibes.
