Clementine’s shotgun

When Clementine meets Javier for the first time, she held him up with a Remington 870 Magnum, short barrel shotgun. I was wondering what happened to it because I did not see her with it anymore after they made it to Prescott. I never once seen her use it., it would've been badass to see her use it once. It's been a while since I've played it, does anybody know?
