My married sims keep rejecting each other !!

I'm trying to get my married sims to woohoo but they keep rejecting each other saying "Sorry, I am not interested in Woohoo with women/men." I changed their relationship preferences to fit each other's and selected yes for romantic exploration but that hasn't worked.

Btw, they accept each other when trying for a baby but they already have 5 kids! 😭
