Watching porn as a woman

I always see people talking about how men that watch porn are disgusting and It seems as though no one understands how many women actually watch it. I personally can’t really get off without it but it makes me feel disgusting and guilty. I have a boyfriend who doesn’t know that I watch it and it makes me feel terrible but I can’t get off by myself without it. Do any other women who watch porn/watched porn have any tips on quitting it?
