Unlocking 400% dungeons ?

Hello, i just reached hard mode and was wondering how to unlock 400% dungeons ? I read that i need to do a seasonal quest for hailey but we're in season 2 and the quest was for season 1 ? Can someone clarify how to proceed ? Thank you.
