Is Peaceful Property scary?

I could watch DFF but im worried I’ll be too scared for PP. can someone help me out and lemme know how scary it is.. like 1 being not scary to 5 being sound effects and not actual scary to 10 being a NOPE for you. I’d rate DFF as a 5 for reference. Thanks in advance 🫶🏻
