Model Y financed through Santander Consumer USA- can't locate remaining balance on the loan

I literally can not locate the entire *remaining* car loan balance to save my life.

Santander Consumer USA is beyond bare with very little details and thats how I make payments to my car loan.

I look up how to find and get directed through the 'finance' section of tesla app - which i do not even have.
