Found my Tesla like this today…

2024 Model 3 LR. Was fine last night when I parked it. Not sure what happened here. Found this hanging out of my front bumper. Did someone pull something out of this circle panel? Is there a sensor here that is worth stealing? I did not have Sentry mode on.
