I've literally gone through the lyrics over and over again traced the evidence, tried to make it make some sense but I still don't understand who this song is about 😭

In the song she mentions that a bar played "thier" song and the only exes she has a song with are John and Calvin and I don't rlly think it's about either of them also neither of them have wrinkles next to thier eyes. but I don't think it's fictional either because she did throw up on the street in Belfast.
