Help with tuberous sundews

Hello, I have a couple winter growing sundews and I was wondering what I should do. My poor drosera major has wilted away and my rupicola also looks like it might also wilt away. Should I treat them as dormant plants and decrease watering? Or just keep watering and hope the sprout back up?
