Literally only feel RDLS in hamstrings?
So I tried RDLS before, and only felt them in my hammys so I just stopped doing them, but people absolutely praise them for glute growth, so I made sure my form was correct and made sure I’m absolutely hinging at the waist, and I’m crippled today from doing them a few days ago ( just doms) but I’m only sore in my hammies not my glutes at allll. Should I just keep doing them for a few months? I mean it won’t be a waste but I don’t want to do something that won’t affect my glutes much? I’d rather use my energy on more hip thrusts
