Steam Deck in China and Nexusmods?

I love the game Midnight Suns but I play it on PS5. I also want to start playing Baldurs Gate 3.

But both these games have mods on Nexusmods

But not knowing anything about Steamdeck, I want to ask if things found on nexusmods able to be applied on steamdeck and is it easy.

Also, I have a UK Steam account but I live in China. Is this going to be a problem?
