Starlink Mini USB-C PD powerbank “UPS”

Hey folks, I’m looking for a Starlink mini compatible powerbank, that supports pass through charging.. iv got a handful of anker ones, but none of them will output 20v when also charging. I have the mini mounted on my truck for long drives and am stick of it powering off every time I stop. It only needs to last 30min or so.. I’m hoping not to install a fully jackery or goalzero (or like) battery pack… something that will go into the center console or under the seat would be ideal.
