Starlink Obstructions below the Horizon?

We’re camping in the Yukon with our v2 dish, and noticed “obstructions” popping up below the typical dish horizon. Anyone know what these are?

We have a totally unobstructed view from our campsite, just curious if anyone has seen these. I don’t see these in the lower 48, and they appear to show up as once every few hours small obstructions (<1s) in the app.
