What's good about the beachy/river farm?

I'm really attached to a farm that (for some reason) I chose to have on the river, which means I can't have sprinklers. This is genuinely so annoying and I hate having to water my crops every day.

What is even good about the river farm? The way that the land is set up is also kind of annoying. Should I just scrap this run and try again on the normal farm?

Or, alternatively, which farm type should I restart on?
