Kijimi is a problem.

I made a post about this yesterday but since then I've gone and done all the other available main quest stuff on the other planets. Whenever I try and land in kijimi city the game crashes. My PC isn't exactly the most powerful around so crashes aren't too infrequent however none are as reliable as attempting to land on Kijimi. Does anyone know of any way of fixing this or why it's happening? Or at very least how do I go about sending a bug report about it? I am presently locked out of the main quest, two experts and a whole faction and I would really appreciate some help or support.
