FPS on mobile

I just started out and been having a whole lot of fun with this game. I game on android, on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 device. FPS set to max 60. Problem is I only seem to be getting constant 45fps. Is that a general issue? Is there an fps cap on this game on mobile?
