Can't enter on PC

I just downloaded it yesterday on Steam, I got an EA Account, and when it launches, it opens my EA Launcher too, asking me to put in my EA Account and Password, I do, but then it pops a "An error occurred, try later", it has been this since yesterday. Are servers down? Is it a bug? Is something wrong?
