CO2 Refill

Does anyone know where I can get a 20oz CO2 tank refilled in the South County/Arnold areas? I went to Ozarc Gas but they don’t have the right fitting to fill them. I am trying to get back into the aquarium hobby and wanted to do a carpeted planted tank.
