Game feels a little bit buggy. Maybe it's just me

Gonna expect some down votes and people who disagree with me on this one which is perfectly fine i get it, a lot of these issues iv have could be on me.im just wondering if anyone feels the same.

I'm loving a lot about this game, but it feels just a little bit buggy in some areas or at the veryv least unresponsive. Ai feels like it's input reading everything making the game feel much harder which seems to be why I'm seeing everyone talk about great ape vegeta being hard. Ai sometimes is also very aggressive then sometimes just sits there as well doing nothing?

And correct me if I'm wrong. There are moments when I have full ki and blue meter and can't seem to get out of lengthy combo. As well. I'm trying everything and nothing comes out. As well whenever characters fall out of the sky there's no air recovery? Character just fall until they hit the ground which just slows the fight. As well there are times where your strining a cool combo and try to finish it with a super and it just does connect or just misses like I Just played bt3 earlier today as well and it just felt more responsive then sparking. Not hating on the game just seeing some things that could probably be tweaked.
