Less orders than most

I can be standing around w a group of Spark drivers and am usually always last in line to get new offers from Spark. Extra earnings offers no problem but for new offers definitely last place in the pecking order. The craziest part is my metrics are right up there and better than most. Is anyone else having this experience with the app?
