My 2 cents on why Ship 33 failed

I think it just self destruct tbh.
If i'm not mistaken first the sea engine goes out then only the vacuum one goes out on a normal flight on engine cut off.

But this time what i think happened is:

• first the first vacuum engine on the top left goes out
• then the sea engine goes out next to it
• ship would i think start to spin due to propulsion not being balanced
• then the vacuum engine & sea engine on the top right goes out, making the spin worst
• then the last sea engine goes out
• ship 33 self destruct it self for safety.

Maybe the propellant didn't feed well or slush inside the thanks?
