Help, bulk fermented but didn’t shape!

Hi! I did the counter bulk fermentation and it was nearly ready but had to go to bed, so I put the whole thing in the fridge, forgot to shape. Now what? Do I just shape and re-fridge it or bring to room temp, shape, and re-fridge, or something else? First-time poster here! Thank you!!
