Can you explain me the whole E1331 stuff from the very beginning like I'm a child ?

I've been coming from this subreddit from time to time since 2025 but without putting too much time into it.

Evey time, it's pure chaos everywhere, people losing their shit on every single comment. Every time I open the sub, tons of absolutely incomprehensible stuff have happened (or not happened) and every explanations make everything even more confusing than it was before.

Who is E1331 from the beginning, like where do they even come from, what does the cake have to do with any of this, why was there a suicide post where everyone was worried and then back to silkposting right after, how to interpret the TC door picture ??
