Can we stop believing everything we see online?
Ok it's actually becoming ridiculous. 80% of the last posts are psalms, condolences, "we need to do better" posts etc. First, let me start with stating this:
If everything that was said is true and his info got leaked and he got bad messages (have to write around automatic flagging for hateful content) then those individuals that did those things should feel bad and/or face some sort of punishment.
HOWEVER Why is everyone acting like we are 100% sure that he killed himself? The guy changed his profile picture to e1331, embraced the background picture thing, he knew what he was doing. Next thing he does on Reddit after regular posting is say that he is going to kill himself right now? After our sub goes ballistic thinking he's already dead he deletes his account? The guy is alive. Stop believing everything you see online. I think primacom deleted the video (or I can't seem to find it) where he showed those messages of doxxing so I can't verify if m remembering the context correctly. I don't think there was any proof of death threats. From what I understand people HIGHLY misinterpreted one of his sentences.
Even IF it's all true and he killed himself can everyone stop taking and distributing the blame on everyone for something probably 1 or 2 crazy people did? If you didn't message the guy doxxing him or making death threats you are NOT responsible. Whether or not the VA thing was real the guy clearly knew what sub he was getting into, he knew people are going to check his entire reddit history (this is NOT doxxing) to check if he has any connection to TC.
As far as I'm concerned unless we somehow get definitive proof that he killed himself (I hope we don't) I consider it a nothing burger. It's the internet, stop believing everything you read is real. I though this subreddit taught everyone this lesson already.
Also I hope E1331 doesn't stop his best silk post ever because of this, because 99,99% of us have nothing to do with this thing (if it's even a thing). It surely is a silkpost but I love the craftsmanship, can't wait for the ending.
Goodnight
