do you agree with Anthony Bourdain’s quote about how he learned “everything” when he was a dishwasher? I’ve done every job in restaurants, except bearded mixologist , somm, and manager.
My time washing dishes has catapulted my sense of calm and awareness when I deal with tables. 💁🏻♂️🥩🍝🍷🍸
