I fell for a job scam (exectalentnewbelgium.com) & need advice on how to move forward

I recently fell for a job scam; I was targeted due to my #opentowork status on Linkedin. The scammers knew exactly what job position I was looking for & came to me via email, listed on my Linkedin, with a seemingly perfect offer with a real-life company (New Belgium, whose real company emails are from @newbelgium.com). Foolishly, I was elated & felt like this was my big break after yrs of uncertainty about my future.

I wanted to believe in this so much, I ignored all the red flags. I cashed in the fake checks, I sent the wires & Zelles, and realized too late that the whole thing was a scam. The banker canceled the last wire transfer attempt of $5,000 after getting some answers out of me & that's what put the brakes. My total damage is around $10,000 -- this will probably come out of my Roth IRA which I had been contributing to for the last 3-4 years.

I am deeply disappointed in myself and in the 1st day of realizing this loss, I seriously contemplated suicide or going on Seeking Arrangements for sex work to pay some of this off. 3 days out, I am in a less-worse place and have accepted that my extremely stupid mistake cannot be undone. I am a 27 yr old college-educated woman, and am not in a mentally good place to look for work again, but I am trying to get out of this and think of what led me to this mistake & desperation.

Any rational advice on how to move forward would be appreciated. My dad, at least, has been very emotionally supportive and kind to me during this time. I am also looking at finance accounts (like yourrichbff) online on how to deal with debt payoff.
