Help me pick a nice place to live in the Southeast US

Hello! I’m looking for recommendations for a place to live. Looking for a place with good healthcare job opportunities (for PA and NP), at least somewhat close to family in Huntsville and Chattanooga, somewhere on or very close to the water, doesn’t matter if it is fresh or saltwater, me and my wife love cars and driving, so must be a place with nice and scenic roads, with minimal traffic. Commute to work needs to be less than an hour, also would prefer staying away from highways unless they are scenic. Would like to live in a liberal to moderate town or neighborhood of a city. Looking for a place where we can find a nice traditional style 3 bedroom house for under 800k. Only worried about safety in the imminent town or neighborhood. Schools are irrelevant. Any weather is fine. Can be urban, suburban, rural as long as it meets what we want.

I know these requests may seem silly to some, but I would greatly appreciate any advice!!
