Gungans

I know gungans are absolutely top tier but are they worth it even when I don’t wanna go all out rn. My guild doesn’t do Naboo raid due to my guild just not being very active and good but idk what to do about it. I know gungans are amazing rn but are they worth starting to build up even without jar jar? I don’t wanna relic them or hear them up rn due to the relic mats and kyros.
