Payment center problems: so far they have retroactively cancelled my self paid for Medicare for December 2023,which cancelled my part-d for an entire year…yesterday I paid $555 for Medicare premium cause ssdi hadn’t paid it..
I am so frustrated and upset at this point… the local office says the technical specialist knows it’s an error and they are working on fixing it. What should I do? As of yesterday they are asking for two more weeks to complete the claim. I was approved in April…
