Going back to work?

Hi guys! I’m curious has anyone use vocational rehabilitation and or the Ticket to work program to go back to work? I’ve been disabled about five years officially now and while I don’t know 100% if I’m stable enough to work, it’s something I wanna try to do to boost my morale and hopefully pay for my medication. lol

Any and all advice welcome! I would probably have to be remote to start or something very low active (open to leads and suggestions). Thanks!!
