Backlink HELP!!

I have exhausted every means of backlink blog posting. Tell me the means apart from free blog post, guest post, and forum discussions which I can adapt to get backlinks. How do I get potential websites to write free blogs which are not spams? I literally sat for hours figuring out genuine websites, but it was of no use. What are the strategies I can adapt?
