My new baby rottie!

Hi guys! This is Tokyo, my first rottweiler puppy! Every time I walk him outside, he'll observe everyone and calmly sit in front of people and stares at them until they'll pet him. He has a lot of patience when he does that, he can sit still while staring for several minutes! But I noticed he only does that with people who love dogs. Have your babies also behaved the same way?
