age verification issues

hey guys ive been having this age verification issue for a long time. every time i go to the persona website and try to scan my id/passport, it ALWAYS ends up saying "couldnt verify photos". ive tried my passport and id, and even my id for the country im temporarily residing in. roblox support team is useless, they just ask me to read the FAQ.
